Monitor-E GVM or Monitor-Mockup, was mockup of Monitor-E, the Khrunichev-designed Russian Earth observation satellite, transmitted mission profile simulation data during its entire flight.

This mockup remained on the Breeze-KM upper stage and was also de-orbited with it. For this final manoeuvre the upper stage was re-ignited once more.
