LAPAN-ORARI (LAPAN A3) is a indonesian microsatellite for Earth observation (multi-spectral remote sensing) for land use, natural resource and environment monitoring.

The satellite structure and many subsystems are the same as in its sister satellite LAPAN A2.

The Earth observation payload consists of a Video camera (PAL RGB) for 80 km width coverage and a 3 band multi-spectral imaging camera with a ground resolution of 24 m and 154 km swath width. This satellite will also carry the ADI (Attitute Determination Instrument) star tracker. In addition to that, the satellite will carry AIS and APRS to support global maritime monitoring mission and worldwide radio amateur community.
