Haisi 1 (also transcribed Hisea 1) is a small earth observation satellite with a C-band SAR payload, built by Tianyi Research (Spacety) for CETC38 (the China Electronics Technology 38th Research Institute).

The 185 kg satellite is the first TY-MINISAR satellite from Tianyi Research (Spacety).

Haisi 1 was launched in December 2020 as a co-passenger on the maiden CZ-8 (1) rocket. It is larger than the earlier Cubesat based Tianqi satellites.
