AAC Clyde Space designed and constructed the 6U EPIC CubeSat known as EPICHyper. The spacecraft will deliver Hyperspectral data exclusively to their Canadian Earth observation partners Wyvern Inc. These satellites are known as Dragonette by Wyvern.

The 6U EPIC VIEW satellites dedicated to Wyvern are 'application specific' in design, feature increased data downlink and enhanced control capabilities, and will deliver hyperspectral data?a technique for taking pictures of Earth across multiple bands that provides a great deal more information than the three primary color bands that the human eye captures.

AAC Clyde Space manufactures, runs, and owns the 6U EPIC satellites with hyperspectral payloads under their Space Data as a Service agreement, while Wyvern Inc. agrees to use the data service. Wyvern, a company that specializes in Earth observation, will first make the data available to the agricultural industry, where it will aid in yield optimization and help identify pests, invasive plants, and changes in soil composition.

The first satellite was launched on board of ION-SCV 010 in April 2023. Two more will follow later.

The third satellite was launched on a Falcon-9 v1.2 (Block 5) and flew onbaord the ION-SCV 013 space tug to be deployed some times after launch.
